Prior to dispatching records, they are thoroughly cleaned and tested to work. If for any reason you have an issue with it, please contact us and we can organise a return and refund.

As equipment is shipped directly through our supplier, returns may take extra to process as we go through their processes. Please contact us for more information, if you have any issues!
